In March and April of 2008, Suspended Animation provided standby services in South Florida for an Alcor Life Extension Foundation member.  In May of 2008, Suspended Animation provided stabilization and transport services in South Florida for the same Alcor member.  A report describing that case is presented as Alcor Case Summary: A-1831.

In June, 2007 Suspended Animation provided standby, stabilization, and transport procedures in the Great Lakes Areas for a member of Cryonics Institute.
